Billie Pat is a second-generation real estate Sales Representative, following in her mother's footsteps. She provides highly personalized service, helping clients define and achieve their real estate objectives. She is results-driven, creative, and a relentless advocate for her clients. Billie Pat offers a discerning eye for design and staging.

Billie Pat is a member of both the Lake Simcoe and Toronto boards and joined forces with her mother Bernice Whelan in 2010. Bernice Whelan Realty proudly serves clients on Lake Simcoe and the surrounding areas as well as the Toronto region. 

Prior to launching her career in real estate, Billie Pat was a National Project Manager for Rogers Communications, where she successfully implemented and launched numerous Billing and Structural projects nationally. Billie Pat has found many parallels between project management and and marketing luxury homes. Both require a keen understanding of the client's financial and personal goals, extraordinary communication, and astute analytical skills.

Billie Pat graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Economics. She grew up in the Lake Simcoe region and is a long-time resident of Toronto's Summerhill neighborhood. Her passions include traveling, hiking, and design.
